At 4 PM on May 25th, 2019, as freighter Jinhaixiang from Fujian Marine Containers (Group) Co. Ltd was being repaired, its fire fighting system happened to release carbon dioxide. At the moment, the number of fatalities is 10, and 19 people are being treated in the hospital. There is no secondary disaster in the accident. According to the investigation, the accident was caused by the third officer of Jinhaixiang freighter.
