2019年5月25日16时，福建省海运集团有限公司“金海翔”号货轮在山东荣成龙眼港维修期间，船载消防系统发生二氧化碳泄漏。目前，死亡人数10人，19人正在医院接受治疗，事故现场无次生灾害。初步查明，事故系“金海翔”号货轮三副的操作行为所致。

At 4 PM on May 25th, 2019, as freighter Jinhaixiang from Fujian Marine Containers (Group) Co. Ltd was being repaired, its fire fighting system happened to release carbon dioxide. At the moment, the number of fatalities is 10, and 19 people are being treated in the hospital. There is no secondary disaster in the accident. According to the investigation, the accident was caused by the third officer of Jinhaixiang freighter.
2019年5月29日，北京市消费者协会公布了对76个品牌，100件网购儿童玩具的比较试验结果。结果显示，14件样品未达到相关标准要求，其中聚美优品平台销售的商标为奥贝比AOBEIBY的一款乐美儿芭比娃娃被检出增塑剂超标140倍。
The Plasticiser in Barbie Dolls of jumei.com Has Exceeded the Standards for 140 Times
On May 29 2019, Beijing consumer committee revealed the examination and comparison results for 100 online-shopping children’s toys from 79 brands. It is suggested that 14 samples haven’t reached the relevant standards, among which, the AOBEIBY brand barbie dolls sold on jumei.com platform is examined to have plasticizers exceeding the standard for 140 times.

2019年6月11日，据《家庭医生在线》报道，染发剂里面会含有一些化学成分比如苯酚以及苯胺等，属于强烈的致癌物质，可能通过毛孔被身体所吸收，慢慢的在身体里面集聚起来和细胞结合，并且对脱氧核糖酸DNA带来损伤，让正常细胞发生突变，诱发了皮肤癌、白血病以及乳腺癌等。另外一些金属染发剂里面会含有硝酸银或者醋酸碱等，会引起慢性中毒，导致患者四肢麻木、头痛，头晕全身无力，若是进入大脑或者肝脏和肾脏会危机到生命健康。
The Hair Tints May Be Harmful to Human Body
On June 11, 2019, according to Family Doctor Online, hair tints may contain strong carcinogenic chemical contents, e.g. phenol, aniline, etc. These contents can be absorbed through pores by the body, assembling and combining with the body cells gradually, damaging deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), mutating the normal cells, as well as resulting in skin cancer, leukemia, and breast cancer, etc. Additionally, some metal tints may contain silver nitrate or acid acetic base, which may result in chronic poisoning, acroanesthesia, headache, dizziness, Morbus asthenicus. Further, if it enters the brain, liver, and kidney, and can be risky to health and life.
2019年6月，全国海关在口岸监管环节检出安全卫生项目不合格的食品76批，涉及21个国家或地区的16类产品，主要不合格原因为食品添加剂超标、品质不合格和未获检验检疫准入。
近年来，德国喜宝几乎成了“黑榜专业户”，其婴幼儿谷物辅食也曾因锌、钙、铁等微量元素不符合食品安全国家标准要求退货。法国核桃油品牌“拉杜蓝乔(La Tourangelle)”的国内进口商对所有批次产品检测，发现均存在“邻苯二甲酸酯类物质”(塑化剂)残留，要求各渠道代理商从15日起紧急下架所有产品。欧洲荷兰品牌“爷爷的牧场“，则被检出钠值低于产品包装标签明示值的80%。
Foreign Brands Like Hipp and Farm Mania were Proved to be Problematic
On June 2019, during the port surveillance process, national custom-house examined and found 76 groups of food are not qualified in terms of safety and hygiene, including 16 kinds of food from 21 countries and regions. The main reasons of un-qualification is that the food additives exceed the standards, the quality is low, and the products entered the country without quarantine inspection.
In recent years, Hipp from Germany has almost become a ‘professional blacklist member’, and its baby cereal complementary foods were once returned back for containing micro-elements, e.g. zinc, cadmium, and steels that don’t meet national food safety requirements. Besides, the Chinese importers of French walnut oil brand La Tourangelle examined all batches of products and found there were phthalates (plasticisers) left. They then asked agencies from various channels to urgently off-the-shelf all the products after the 15th. Also, European Dutch brand Farm Mania has been examined to contain the sodium that 80% lower than its product packagings reveal.

2019年6月27日，江苏省消费者权益保护委员会所做的一项比较试验显示，PVC材质保鲜膜接触油脂性食物后，易产生塑化剂等有害物质。此次比较试验收集了30批次保鲜膜样品，按不同材质分为聚乙烯（PE）材质23批次，聚氯乙烯（PVC）材质6批次，聚偏二氯乙烯（PVDC）材质1批次。在进行油脂模拟物试验时发现，6批次PVC材质的保鲜膜总迁移量检测结果为15-38毫克/平方分米，说明此类样品接触了带油脂类食品后会析出较多化学物质。
On June 27th 2019, according to a comparative experiment of Jiangsu Consumer Protection Association, PVC cling wraps tend to release harmful materials such as plasticizers after getting in touch with oleaginous food. The experiment has collected 30 batches of cling wrap samples, including 23 batches of polyethylene (PE), 6 batches of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and 1 batch of polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC). During the fat mine-tic experiment, 6 batches of PVC cling wraps were tested to have 15 to 38 mg/dm overall migration volumes, which proved that this kind of samples will release many chemical materials after getting in touch with oleaginous food.
2019年6月，《消费者报道》搜罗了9款热销的中老年配方奶粉，一并送往权威第三方检测机构进行测试。9款产品均未检出外源性激素己烯雌酚，说明配方奶粉安全性良好。然而，测试发现，9款中老年奶粉的钙含量均在240mg/100g以上，安怡奶粉的钙磷比为2.3:1，超过了人体膳食最佳摄入比例（1.2:1~2:1），钙的吸收率或受到影响。
On June 2019, Customer Report searched and collected 9 brands of popular quinquagenarian milk powders, sending them to the third party test institutions for examination. There was no exogenous hormone diethylstilbestrol (DES) in 9 products, suggesting that these formula milk powders are of safety. However, it is found that 9 products all have caladium above 240mg/100g, among which the Anyi powders have a calcium-phosphorus ratio of 2.3:1 and exceed the best ingestion ratio (1.2:1~2:1) of the human body. Its caladium ingestion ratio was infected.

英国科学家在测试河流中的化学品时，在淡水虾体内发现古柯碱（又称可卡因）。 伦敦大学国王学院的研究人员与萨福克大学合作，在萨福克郡的15个不同地点进行测试。 他们在所有淡水虾的样本中都发现古柯碱。其它违禁毒品，例如K仔，都在大部份淡水虾样本中找到。研究人员称这个是一个“令人意外”的发现。发表在科学期刊《国际环境》上的报告研究了各种野生动物，例如淡水虾，受各种微污染物影响的状况。

2019年5月26-30日，第29届欧洲环境毒理学和化学学会年会在芬兰的赫尔辛基举行。美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）公布了三项令人震惊的研究结果，研究对象分别是各种食品中的PFAS含量。FDA发现某些食品——包括巧克力蛋糕中，PFAS的含量惊人地高。FDA指出，即使在奶牛不再暴露于被PFAS污染的水或饲料中之后，积累的化学物质也会留在奶牛体内。

美国华盛顿州总检察长办公室调查发现，亚马逊线上销售的数十种儿童学习用品中含有超标的有毒金属铅和镉。美国华盛顿州总检察长办公室与华盛顿生态部于2017年返校购物季进行合作，在亚马逊（https://www.amazon.cn/）上购买了43件商品，其中有16种商品的铅和镉含量超标。随后，亚马逊下架和召回问题产品，并采取积极措施改革，当地政府也建立相关法律管控化学品，以保护消费者健康安全。

2019年6月12日，据日本共同社报道，日本东京农工大学等研究团队自2018年10月起，在冲绳县的座间味岛，从大量塑料垃圾和微塑料漂抵的海岸采集了环纹坚石蛤、紫陆寄居蟹等贝类。日前，团队野外调查和室内实验确认，海洋的微小塑料垃圾“微塑料”中原本包含或吸附在表面的有害化学物质被吸收进贝类等生物体内，在生殖器官等中积聚。

2019年6月10日下午5点30分左右，挪威奥斯陆一座加氢站发生爆炸，因爆炸威力较大，造成附近2辆传统能源汽车安全气囊弹起。据悉，该起事故导致2人受伤。事故发生后，运营该加氢站的公司已经暂停了其他地点的运营。目前，丰田和现代汽车已经停止在挪威销售氢燃料电池汽车。
